Rehoboth, Delaware, the worst running city in America. Today was mind-numbing. 2:15 planks, clams, some frustrating plank leg lifts and 1:30 flutter kicks. I've been doing the same number of plank leg lifts for well over a year now and they aren't getting any easier.
