Comments:
Slept in till like 11:30am today, which I dont usually do, but I was so tired. Nice to catch up on sleep finally. I actually went into lab for a while to work on my NSF statement for a while. It was pretty relaxing, and lame at the same time, since its a Saturday and apparently a big party Saturday, since all the kids are moving in and they dont have class yet. Campus is a happenin place kids walking all over the place. Around 4 ran from the parking lot up to Puffers Pond, and then up to Pulpit Hill Rd, then back. Thought the loop was a little bit longer, but it was still good. I was pretty sore and it took a while to get my legs moving. Near then end, the pace picked up a lot, but my legs were getting tired as well. I just kept pushing, since I felt in the groove. Pleased with the run overall since it was really awesome weather out today.
Essentials: Stretch
Did 4 striders in the parking lot when I returned. It felt good, but my quads are a little sore afterwards. Dont get my legs moving like that much anymore. Stretch was ok but I dont like stretching in the parking lot that much. Legs sore overall afterwards. Feel like I still got some shit done today (even though it was just a half day), but I feel like chillin now. Theres only a few more days of the Simpsons Marathon on FXX. If you missed some of it, it is impossible to catch up, but jump in now!
Also congrats on nice races at Sudeck. Those new uniforms look pretty cool... Does that mean they are getting rid of the old ones? Because I call a white one. We only used those for a little over a year.
