Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Slept in again today, then just did some errands. Still sooo tired in the afternoon. I took a little nap right before running, which was both a good and bad idea. Good because in my slightly asleep stupor I actually got ready and went out for a run without thinking about it. Bad because I was still tired and sleepy when I started. I went out real real slow, just for some easy mileage, wasnt looking for much after a harder run yesterday. The path is still under construction so I wound around the back side of Amherst College. Not to many others on the trail just went along. Stomach was kinda bothering me on the way back, but I still kept the slow pace. My legs just felt so heavy and weak today. Also, it was pretty humid out, tough running conditions. Good thing I didnt have to go like 15 mile long run or whatever today, that would have been brutal.

Essentials: Stretch

Nice stretch outside when I got back up the hill. Legs still sore afterwards, but the stretch helped a little. Mostly just feel low energy. Puzzling, since I have been getting a lot of sleep lately. I need more coffee! The gym opens with regular hours next week, but all the undergrads are back... might try to brave the hoards but honestly they get lazy after a few weeks and it clears out. Pumped to get pumped though.
