Weather: Not quite as hot as yesterday, but fatiguing

Comments:
Another lovely day at cross country practice. 1:15 planks, leg lifts and 80 dead bugs at the beginning, followed by an elaborated, unabridged presentation of the rules of leaf-catching. We ran the Spring Valley Loop extended: Coach, Kravitz, M.I., Stats, Tristan and I. There was a nice mixture of ascent and descent. Coach told Haverford stories, specifically about his 8k PR (the best race of his career) and a teammate who was running so poorly that he stopped in the middle of a race and climbed a tree instead. We built in six striders on the way back to school.
