Weather: Really hot muggy and windy
Comments:
This was our first long run of the summer. The wind we ran pretty hard into cooled us off a lot more than we realized. When we turned out, it turned into a sauna. We had to take a break in the shade. It was pretty painful, but I think it was a really good thing for heat training and strength building.
