This was our first interval run as prescribed by Coach's plan. It was 2 on 2 off times 6 for a total of 12 minutes hard. Man am I out of shape for this! We started out pretty sluggish but really improved after the first two. I think we spooked some people in Hawthorn because we were booking it. All in all, this was a very good run.
