Comments:
I felt great in the race today. I don't think I had ever actually negative split a 5k. I always have the intention of doing so, but my second mile has always been the slowest. Hopefully I can repeat the strategy in a few weeks in Bergen at the Open 5k Champs for USA-TF Niagara.
