Exercise Type: Weights
Comments:
Pretty crowded in the weight lifting section, and a lot of people on cardio machines as well. Got right into it though.
3 sets of:
Goblet Squat x 10 (20 lbs)
Med Ball Pushups x10
3 sets of:
Seated DB Shoulder Press x15 (15 lbs)
Seated DB Bicep Curls x 15 (15 lbs)
Felt good to get some work in, but it was crowded and I couldnt remember all the good circuits, so I just did some short stuff to work into it. Felt the pump though. Hopefully at night its less crowded. It will be nearly impossible to get onto any rack. The atheistic bros and power lifters have that area monopolized lol.
