Exercise Type: Run
Weather: A chill in the air, but otherwise perfect
Comments:
I started with most of the team and Coach but then, descending into Rock Creek Park broke away with Tristan and Zeke. The pace was initially daunting and throughout the run I found myself downright annoyed at and envious of Tristan's level of ease going up the hills on the Western Ridge Trail, which we took to Candy Cane Park, but beyond that I felt fine for most of the run. As usual I psyched myself out for it. I am glad to report, however, that I was not dead by the end of the run and the shin did not give me any trouble. I iced again tonight. Boardman core with 15 pushups before practice, 1:15 planks, 20 leg lifts, 15 clams, 2 sets of the pushup progression during.
