Comments:
We started with 1:30 planks, twenty leg lifts, 2x50 dead bugs, 2x20 supermen then warmed up to Friendship park where we did drills. Some went to AU for a ladder workout on the track others, including Erkin, Aidan, MI, Zeke, Kravitz, David King, Tristan and me set off at a steady pace and took Mass to Wisconsin to Garfield to 34th/Reno to Albermarle to Wisconsin to school. Zeke and I added two, extra laps around the block to ensure forty minutes. I felt okay, but realized I have been using my arms less than I should on the runs.
