Comments:
1:30 planks, 20 leg lifts, clams and 2 sets of the pushup progression, followed by a lap around the block, followed by three rounds of capture the flag with the boys team in the park off Western avenue then two additional laps around the block with Zeke and Kravitz, Tristan joining for the first one. I felt regular and healthy.
