Comments:
Fartlek. Early again. 3x:30, 3x1:00, 3x1:30, 2:00, 3:00, 2:00, 3x1:30, 3x1:00, 3x:30. 1:1 rest. Went pretty well, felt really comfortable. Maybe it could have been faster? But I was by myself, so I was only able to push myself so much without anything else to go off of. Not much else exciting though. I kind of like to imagine the people around Northpark were really confused about seeing my multiple times, going either slowly or quickly.
