Rec Center Lift

Exercise Type: Weights

Comments:
Stayed late and hit the gym at night. Gonna do this at least once during the week to get some lifts in. Did the warm ups then over to the free weights. It was busy, so I took my time and moved to what I could access.

3 sets of:
Med Ball pushups x10

3 sets of:
DB shoulder press x10 (15 lbs)

3 sets of:
DB standing front shoulder raise x10 (15 lbs)

3 sets of:
PBDKLKBDLKDB x10 (15 lbs)

Everything felt pretty good today. It was easy and I wasnt too sore after, but later on my arms got weak and I could feel the soreness. It just feels good to get into the gym everyonce and a while and see how other people work out.
