Hit the bike for a bit of warm up and cool down. It was boring and my legs were kinda tight. I could feel the IT here and there. Also I didnt have my glasses on so I couldnt watch TV. I just kinda stared. I was situated behind a treadmill and the guy on it kept dropping his phone, and it would hit the tread and shoot backwards at my leg. I got hit twice. Thats why you shouldnt run and text at the same time...
