Comments:
To shake the legs out, I did a little bit on the loop. It might have made my legs even more sore, since the surface sucks and the turns are sharp and you need to dodge other slow runners. Honestly though I felt like I got a bit of a shakeout in and it was nice.

Essentials: Stretch, roll

Good stretch and even better roll when I finished with everything. I was tired, but not as beat from a run. The walk back to my office to get my stuff is good for shaking out and clearing my head though.
