Weather: Beautiful, a tad chilly for a tanktop

Comments:
I drove to Chain Bridge at 4pm and parked at the bottom of 41st street. I took the Canal to Georgetown and turned around at 25:43, coming back in 24:55 with a cold wind in my face the entire way back. It was just starting to feel like fall, so I caught two leaves, but squandered many more opportunities. I was moving along quite nicely throughout the last 20 minutes and had the restraint to look at my watch only two times during the whole 50. I did eight striders at the top of Monroe, four of which were intentionally longer. I feel like I'm just starting to come into form and not a moment too soon the shin today was completely gone. 100 crunches, 50 consecutive pushups and 40 bridge leg lifts.
