Comments:
Long day at lab. I was pretty hungry when I got home so I ate first. Legs probably could use an off day they felt real sluggish the past two days. IT band and knee feel good though. Mileage will probably be down this week from travel anyways. Then I can fit in a few more shake out runs before the race, then get into a solid gym and workout routine.
