XC Course + Backwoods

Comments:
Ran on campus today. Nice switch up. It was perfect XC weather out today. Being on the XC Course made it even more awesome. I just ran up towards the course and did a few loops. Didnt do the full course (couldnt remember the exact route) but now I know where it goes. It was still cut and groomed from the meet Saturday so the conditions were really good. Achillies on the right side was pretty tight today, so it was good to stay on the grass. Legs felt pretty heavy today, but still I was strong up and down all the hills. Pace was pretty slow though. Finished up through the backwoods and down the hill back to campus.

Essentials: Stretch, hips

As I was coming down the hill back to the parking lot, my stomach cramped up a lot. I was having some stomach issues earlier in the day, but they werent that bad on the run till the end. I stopped in the grass next to the upper lot and stretched there. Its WAY better than trying to do essentials on the pavement in the parking lot. Glad I actually found that spot. Got a good stretch out and my hips were really tight. Stomach was still bad until I got home. Legs feel pretty tired afterward, not very speedy...Anyways pumped to go to Charleston tomorrow! Its about time.
