With Boardman, Stats and several others in neighborhoods off Mass. I can't for the life of me remember the route, but we were on the CCT for a little while and came back on Wisconsin. At the beginning of practice, 1:30 planks, 30 clams, 2xPushup progression. I felt just fine and am actually looking forward to Saturday now.
