Gym was empty today. It was very refreshing and I could do all the stuff I wanted to :) Got in my lift and then went over to do some abs, since those were hurting near the end of the race yesterday. Upper boby wasnt as sore as my lower legs, so the lift felt easy. Havnt done upper body in a while either. Not too sore afterwards.
