Exercise Type: Run
Weather: Warm, sunny, pleasant
Comments:
Goal of 20 minutes coming in. Out in 2:53 through 800, back was pretty sore. Through 1 mile in 6:14, tried to keep a steady pace on the back loop for Dana and Danielle but kind of fell off a lot for a slow second mile (2mile split was 13:09). Tried to keep the effort there for the third mile and surge after I crossed the road... Wound up having a pretty decent pace for the third mile even though it didn't feel quite the same as a race pressure-wise. Happy enough with the end result. Had a good time being out on the course again.
Cooldown with Tim through the back woods. Plenty of shenanigans on the car ride home too.
