Weather: ~70 degrees, Warm
Comments:
Tempo day. Coach said that since we have a race on Friday, we should take it lighter today, like 80%. I kind of took the 'take it easy' advice literally, so I kept it relatively chill. It was a really good run though. Felt strong, and felt like I had a lot of energy to burn even at the end. Heartrate around 152, and I guess I'd call it like 60-70% effort. Also, progressive relaxation, can't say I'm a really big fan of that. Finished with strides and all the good stuff. Lift took forever.
