Rec Center Lift

October 2, 2014 (Night)

Comments:
Working the night shift. Started an overnight experiment then went to the gym. I was super burnt out this afternoon, and the lift burnt off some of the stress which was great. After warming up went right into the lift. Did just shoulders and arms, but still had on my hammy sleeve since its still a little tight. Also, this morning, my left calf was twitching uncontrollably. It was really weird, like it was hooked up to a Stim or something... Need to eat more bananas and drink more Gatorade.

4 sets of:
DB Side raise x10 (15 lbs)
DB Biceps x10 (15 lbs)
DB Front raise x10 (15 lbs)
Bench dips x10
DB Standing Shoulder Press x 10 (15 lbs)

Good lift I was really feeling it the last set glad I did it. Gym wasnt too crowded today too which was nice. There was just the right amount of ppl there today. I really want to find a wall in which I can do the med ball circuit in front of. That would be legit.
