Comments:
We ran from school to the Sacred Leaf Hunting Grounds, turning around at 19:56. Something odd happened during drills today. After doing lunges, I began to do my strider and felt oddly fast, lighter on my feet, like I could lift my legs up more quickly. By the time we got into the run, that frisky feeling went away, but it was indelibly there. By the end of the run, I was at 14 leaves. Back in the wrestling room and L1 hallway Sahil and I did 1:30 planks, plank leg lifts, 2x70 dead bugs and heel toe walks.
