Weather: ~50 degrees, Chilly
Comments:
Progression run day. After yesterday I learned my lesson about being cold, and dressed appropriately for the weather. Which meant a long sleeve with short shorts.
Split it up 4-3-3 on my Forest Hills loop. Went well, but I didn't bring a watch, so I don't know anything about paces. Felt right though.
