Run to the Rec Center

Aww snap awesome weather out today. Typical fall, definitely my favorite season. Too bad its so short. Ran out to the rec center on the bike path. Felt pretty good going out. Shoes were still kinda wet from yesterday and I over dressed a little, but I worked into it and felt real smooth once I got onto campus. Not a whole lot going on and the gym was pretty sparse. On the way back, took the same route. Started out slow again since my arms and shoulders were really sore, and then picked it up and was at a nice pace the last mile or so. Today felt like the perfect weather to go do a long run out on Shaker then back on Fairmount. If I had my choice, that's where I would want to run today.

Essentials: Stretch, stick roller

Stretch and stick roller when I got back made my lower legs feel much better. Calves not as tight today. I didnt get a great stretch yesterday, so I was sore this morning. Upper body will probably be sore from the lift as well. Pretty pleased with my mileage this week. Most of it was quality miles. Legit
