Comments:
Nice steady pace. Ran from Percivals Island lot to end of island and then looped back through tunnel to start of BWC. First miles close to 8:50 and last 3 sub 8. 2 short stops for water refill. No gel or gatorade so some fatigue in the last miles, but not bad after a hard 7 yesterday.
