Comments:
Rough run. Spent most of the day feeling good, but like a mile into the run I started feeling awful, completely drained of energy. Even though I wanted to do 7 today, I realized that would have been a bad idea, so I cut it shorter. Definitely a good idea, because my stomach started bothering me pretty badly on the way back. I've had pretty good runs recently, so I guess I can't be upset about a bad one every once in a while.
