Felt worse than ever. Sharp pains everywhere below knee. Coach berns told me to take tomorrow-Friday off. Doing pool work outs at my house instead. Hoping this will help me heal :/
Still icing/rolling out..Also new watch so times and distance may not be super accurate. Warm up I need to get from Mulan (Kayla Yooooo)
