Comments:
Wow Polymer Week was actually pretty exhausting. In a mental way (even though I didnt even present anything). This could be remedied by a run. I came home early since Im kinda in limbo with projects at the moment, and headed out the door. Kept a pretty good pace the whole time. Legs felt kinda tight and not all that smooth, but I still felt like I was clipping along pretty good. It was just so nice out the wonderful fall weather continues. The leaves are on the ground now which makes it fun to run through. Felt tired when I was in the woods and slowed down a little to watch the roots. On the way back through town, picked up the pace though. I was thinking a lot about school work on the way out but had a much clearer head on the way back. Finished up real fast down the sidewalk back home.
Essentials: Stretch, roll
Good stretch and roll when I got back inside. Calves a little tight overall, rest of legs fine. Probably just getting back into the running motion, its good though. I noticed that my sunburnt shins are starting to peel. Its actually pretty nasty. Hard to believe I was sunbathing on the beach a few weeks ago, now I am back here in a fall foliage wonderland...
