Comments:
The whole boys team took the four-mile loop clockwise at an easy pace. The lack of a feminine presence caused us to yell obscenities at each other in both a joking and serious manner. Usual planks and clams and 3x20 pushups and heel-toe walks. All other symptoms were gone today, but I cannot get rid of my cough. I REALLY hope I'll feel ready to race come Saturday.
