Weather: ~70 degrees, Nice

Comments:
Interval day. 8x1000m at goal pace for Saturday. Felt like trash getting started. I had no expectations for this workout, so once I started feeling better around the 3rd interval, I was kind of surprised. Unfortunately, my stomach started bothering me, and I sat the 7th one out for safety. I don't remember most of my splits, but they averaged around 3:40 to high 3:30s for the most part. Pretty large deviation of that average though. Talking about it with people, the longer than usual warmup may have contributed to my feeling lousy starting out. Trying to take this week not super intense though, I'd like a good finish to the season.
