Comments:
I did a mediocre workout at American University after STA style planks, spiderman crawls and heel toe walks at the beginning of practice. 4x800m, with a target time of 2:25 (yeah, right) and 1:30 recovery, optional 2x200m after an easy lap. My arms felt like jello and I never recovered well. Anthony was not happy with the inconsistency of it. I need to find a way to stop worrying so much about workouts days in advance; not having school today didn't help. I can still report I'm healthy again and am looking forward to Saturday.
