Weather: high 70s, glorious
Comments:
GREAT run after work: the old route, from my apt, through PRE into SPFD, then Fairmount. Hr was pretty manageable and I opened the pace into the low-7s.
One of those epic, rare "real fall" days in Eugene where it's warm but not hot, and dry...and they're numbered!
Focused on:
- pelvic depression with both hips pushing off, and getting on the balls + inside of the feet
- breathing fully through the throat, with good posture!
