Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Ate dinner when I got home, so pushed run back to the night time. I was pretty tired but it was really warm out in the evening so I decided to go out. Legs actually felt good. The golf course seemed like a good place. Its deserted at night and the surface is soft. It was kinda cool out there, even though it is trespassing. Karmas a bitch, cause as soon as I got on the path that goes around the course, I fell down and rolled my left ankle. It was pretty bad but not horrible. I kept going around, and as I got back to the club house it was really hurting when I took specific steps. Called it a day and headed back home. Real short run but it was nice to get the fresh air. I wonder how that course plays, because its short and dangerous!
Essentials: Stretch, roll, abs
Stretch and roll when I got back in the side room. Legs actually feel great. But ankle it pretty sore and messed up on the inside. Ouch keep an eye on it, get that ice and Vitamin I. Its been a while since I really rolled it, guess they havnt gotten much better. Finally got some abs in too which was great. Core feels underworked. Gonna probs have pretty bad mileage this week because I am going to let my ankle rest and get better.
