Comments:
Pretty productive day. Ran right when I got home. Felt great today legs were springy and quick. I was just cruzing along taking real random routes. Looped the edge of the athletic fields, then went up Dickinson to get to Triangle. Came back Chestnut and along Prospect. I added a little loop onto Woodside since I was feeling good. I had to go to the stoplight and wait there for a while though. Ankle felt good, but there were a few times when it was tight and hurt but I worked through it. Kinda forgot to take Vitamin I this weekend, so I will do that and ice a little more. Didnt really see anything interesting on my run. It was real standard.

Essentials: Stretch, roll, abs

Stretched while watching Cutthroat Kitchen, which I really dont like. Its kinda annoying. Rolling felt ok. My IT band was pretty tight but feels a little better. Glad I got abs in. They are tough to fit in with no motivation, but I really want to to them again now. I was impressed reading some logs about the Columbus Marathon. I started thinking I really want to do a half or full now. I know it would help me train and I could get into pretty good shape for it. Where to go though... Burlington, Cape Cod, Providence, Manchester, maybe Cleveland???

Run was a little more than 4.5. Add it in later.
