Got today's workout in at least. No lift because I had class after.

Long sprint workout, solo.
2x600m @ 70% effort, 2x400m @ 80% effort, 2x200m @ 85% effort, 200m walk rest between everything + 5x5 hurdle mobility between sets.

Was targeting 1:55-1:59 for the 6's, low 70's for the 4's and 30 for the 2's.

Splits: 1:57.7, 1:57.7, 72.3, 73.4, 32.4, 31.7

Was kinda feeling my late lunch towards the end of the workout. Definitely nervous for these midterms Thursday and Friday.
