Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Oops... I guess this run was quicker than I thought. Well, I intended to go on a yog because I'm still getting over the cold I picked up a couple days ago. My left calf felt incredibly tight and felt generally sore all over. But, it felt awesome getting out on a run, even if it was super short. Plus, its pretty overcast and rainy today so running made me feel like I was conquering the weather and it's dreariness (I will not nap all day, rain!).
On a side note, I am so excited to come home and cheer at MAC/ISLs. I can't wait to see everyone and tear around the course (staying with Anthony best I can) and watch the XC team RUN GOOD!
