Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Stayed late and ran on campus. Started from the parking lot and did a loop into the night. Ran up Orchard Hill over to Wildwood. The cemetery was super spooky. I did the loop backwards because I couldnt see where I was going. I was honestly pretty scared running alone in the dark there, but kept pushing on through. Came down past the schools, and took Chestnut to Pleasant and then to the gym along the edge of campus. It was kinda wet and rainy out. I started out freezing, but warmed up a lot and was kinda overheated at points. First run with a hat. Reppin the Hoosiers on todays run. Once I got past the middle school, my legs were really rolling and I felt awesome. No run yesterday freshened them up. I was flying, and on campus got down to tempo pace probably. Felt really really good, better than I have in a long time. Felt like I was actually in shape, and a legitimate runner. Real solid. Stopped raining when I got to the gym, but when I left it started pouring so I timed it well.
Essentials: Stretch, abs
Did workout then abs, then stretched a little bit before jogging back to the parking lot. Stretched some more when I got home. Legs felt awesome running, and tightened up a little at the gym. Could use some more stretching and rolling perhaps. Glad I got out there. It was a nice night to get the endorphins flowing.
