Comments:
Practice was cancelled cause Coach had to do something important so I just ran on my own. I did the Wentworth Drive run except I came back through Allen Park. I was going pretty fast, especially for the first half and I felt pretty good during it. Afterward my knee hurt a little like Tuesday but not as bad.
