Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
The beginning of the run was really fun because it was cool outside and it was mostly downhill. I felt like I was going super fast! The last couple of miles were when it got a little more difficult. There was a lot more running uphill and it began to get hot outside. I was pretty proud of myself though because I didn't walk up any of the hills.
