Weather: 60s, cloudy

Comments:
Usual strength work with 20 pushups. River-->CCT-->Loughboro-->Nebraska with Zeke, Kravitz, Slater, Boorstin, Erkin and Sahil. Climbing Loughboro 35 minutes in the run was less than fun, but nothing I could not handle. Otherwise I felt alright and was rearing to go faster. Anthony told me not to think or worry about times and if some fast time doesn't come this season, it probably will during track season. While musing on the run, I also reminded myself that times aren't why I do this anyway.
