Comments:
Ran with Cathy, which slowed me down a little. She walked a bit while I ran, during which time I picked up the pace a bit. Still finished under 10-minute pace.

Ran barefoot, and actually ran on the path at PPP for about half of the distance. My feet were feeling it later, but recovered on day two!
