Late night last night. Honestly dont remember whole lot. Felt like shit when I woke up and spent the entire day recovering. Definitely regretting that... Wish I ate more candy instead of drinks. Anyways in the afternoon, I really really wanted to get outside and run. It was cold and rainy today. No one was out but I needed a run so badly. Took it easy and just working into it trying to reset my system. Felt pretty good. Stomach still bothersome and I felt kinda sluggish, but moving around was good. Ran up to the light, down to Dickinson, up past the high school, Chestnut to E Pleasant St, then over past Wildwood and down Whitney. On the way back, I actually went across the quad. Campus was deserted... Felt pretty strong on the hills today which was great.
Essentials: Stretch
Quick stretch when I got back. Ankle was kinda weak at random points today. Stretching felt good though. Ugh last week was so busy I didnt really get to go to the gym. Really want to get back in there. With Daylights Savings, its all night runs now, so getting into the gym will be a nice change.
