Weather: cool, partly cloudy, windy

Comments:
Warmed-up, felt pretty decent, got about halfway through the race and had just no energy. It was pretty much my worst run all year. A disappointing way to go out to say the least. I regret nothing though. The first mile was 5:27, second was about 11:30 I think.
