Comments:
Zeke and I lead what remains of the boys' team to Ft. Reno for drills and charting a 200m route for their workout. Tristan, Jackson, Sahil, he and I then took Wisconsin to the "Secret Safeway" back. I am still worried about my right hamstring, which took some time to loosen up and still felt unduly sore at the end of practice; icing again. Otherwise the run just seemed to take forever and when we stopped at STA because Tristan had to go to the bathroom we were only 14 minutes into it. Assorted strength work at the beginning of practice: slow pushups, flutter kicks for 45 seconds, 50 crunches, Peter Silverman mountain climbers, etc.
