Comments:
We did and 1-minute planks and 10 leg lifts, followed by firehouse and back and eight striders. I ran with Aidan, Jackson, Zeke, Tristan, MATT SIMONSON and Anthony. I felt bouncy, fresh and just rearing to go for tomorrow. I did game-ready for 20 minutes today too which helped the hamstring feel back to normal.
