Run to the Rec Center

Comments:
Good weather, good run. Headed out on the bike path first. Shins were tight on the way out. Havnt felt the shin splints in a while. Still held the pace well and tried to push myself. With the sunset so early, I had to get going after the lift and run home before it got dark. I did hang around while and watch the guys play basketball for a little bit. Came back through town. Felt much better. Legs heavy but shins were no longer tight, and my ankle felt pretty good as well. Finished up fast down the street right as the sun set.

Essentials: Stretch, ankle bands

Good stretch and a bit of ankle work while watching TV. I got carried away and ended up sitting there for a while watching Saving Private Ryan. Tired and I just needed to space out for a little bit. Good run overall today. Pretty uneventful, but I saw a lot of people out and about which was nice.
