Comments:
This was my first run with running club in forever and it was so nice to be back running with packs of people! I met a bunch of nice people today and enjoyed the company/camaraderie so much. The workout itself was to run to Fresh Pond then do 30sec tempo, 30sec off alternating all the way around the ~2.25mile loop around the pond. It felt like a light workout but a really good way to get on my toes a bit more.
Also did the classic ab workout (40sec) and planks (40sec).
