  Comments: 
Was going to do tempo 8's but wasn't feeling that great. Did 8,4,2,2,1,1 instead, trying to keep some aerobic stimulus with the economy of higher speeds rather than run at easy pace. The guys got me amped up for the second 2, so after a chill first hundred I kicked it in which felt good. nothing too taxing on the hamstrings though which was nice.

Followed with a nice ice for both hamstrings.
